Italian Restaurants Bellevue; Two Of The Best Establishments In Town

Bellevue is endowed with a lovely location and a city full of different types of restaurants. Italian cuisine is represented very well with some elegant establishments all the way to pizza joints. Most of these Italian Restaurants Bellevue are very good and you can find either the dishes that are traditional in Italy or American Italian dishes.

Ristorante Paradiso's is located on 110th Avenue in the downtown area near the Bellevue Library and just north of the square. The serve both lunch and dinner and also provide room for large groups and food for up to seventy people. There is also an extra private dining area that will accommodate 10 to 15 people. Andiamo's insists on providing an elegant comfortable atmosphere where great wine and food is served at a reasonable price. The style of the restaurant is contemporary and it features an exhibition kitchen where you can watch servers and chefs work. You do not have to park on the street because there is on site parking.

The menu is very extensive. Appetizers are many and they all sound very good. There is the regular antipasto salad or try some bruchetta or the smoked salmon. There is traditional calamari served with a marinara sauce or try the Caprese salad, a peasant dish of sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil. Soups are made every day from what can be procured from the market and a bowl will cost you around 7. 50 and a cup 6 dollars. The Anidiamo salad is a restaurant favorite and is made up of greens, grilled eggplant, roasted red pepper and Gorgonzola served with a dressing of vinaigrette and costs about 7 dollars.

Entrees include fish of the day or chicken piccata, Marsala, or Parmigiana. Veal can also be provided instead of chicken and these dishes cost around 19 dollars. You can get a Fillet or lamb dish at the market price of the day. The menu boasts many different pasta dishes but the one that gets the most attention is the unusual combination of pears and Gorgonzola cheese in a ravioli that is served in a sauce of Gorgonzola and walnut. You can get any other pasta you can think of here including vegetarian pastas. They also serve all types of sauce and some you have never heard of before. There is also pasta made with seafood and different combinations of risotto. Prices are great for what you get at Andiamo's.

Firenze Ristorante has been in business since 1992 and the restaurant looks like it came right out of Italy. The floors are terracotta and the walls stucco while the tables are lit by candlelight. The owner is very friendly and the staff greets you as if they have known you for years, and they have known many of the guests for years.

There is a variety of appetizers in Italian style including Prosciutto e Formaggio which is imported prosciutto and Parmesan cheese with olives. They serve a bruschetta that is topped with basil, tomatoes and olive oil along with roasted peppers. Another great appetizer is calamari with peas in a tomato sauce. The Pasta Fagioli is great with pasta and beans with pancetta in a tomato sauce. Salads include the traditional tomato, mozzarella and basil to a Romaine salad with mushrooms and tomatoes. The appetizers range in price from seven to sixteen dollars.

You can get any type of pasta in any kind of sauce known to man for up to 25 dollars. They have chicken that is stuffed with different cheeses and ham and served in a cream or a wine sauce. They also have the veal or chicken piccata or Marsala but they also serve both as a pizzaiola. You can choose from an exotic quail or lamb or pick sausage or seafood entrees. Top the dinner off with a luscious dessert. You will find Firenzi's on the square in Bellevue and they will welcome you for either dinner or lunch.

Bellevue has a few pizza restaurants and other smaller and chain type Italian Restaurants besides the two above. Firenzi and Andiamo�???, ?s are the restaurants that people go to for great Italian food and have very good reviews from customers.
